Daftar 172 Produk Obat Sirup yang Dinyatakan Aman oleh BPOM

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) kembali merilis daftar obat-obatan sirup yang aman digunakan sesuai aturan pakai karena telah memenuhi ketentuan.

Terbaru, ada tambahan 46 produk obat sirup yang dinyatakan aman, sehingga totalnya menjadi 172 produk sirup dari 22 industri farmasi.

Daftar obat sirup aman tersebut didapat dari hasil verifikasi pelaksanaan pengujian mandiri industri farmasi.

"Hasil verifikasi periode 18-29 November 2022, terdapat 46 produk sirup obat yang telah memenuhi ketentuan. Dengan demikian, BPOM menyatakan 172 produk sirup obat dari 22 industri farmasi telah memenuhi ketentuan, sehingga direkomendasikan untuk dapat diedarkan," demikian tulis BPOM dalam siaran pers, Kamis (1/12/2022).

Dengan demikian, informasi produk sirup obat pada penjelasan dengan Nomor HM.01.1.2.11.22.179 tanggal 17 November 2022 sebelumnya dinyatakan tidak berlaku dan diperbarui dengan daftar 172 obat yang baru tersebut.

Lebih lanjut, BPOM menyampaikan, akan terus melakukan verifikasi hasil pengujian bahan baku terhadap produk sirup obat lainnya serta informasi yang diperlukan untuk pemastian mutu, keamanan dan khasiat obat.

"Verifikasi dilakukan berdasarkan pemenuhan beberapa kriteria, antara lain kualifikasi pemasok, pengujian bahan baku setiap kedatangan dan setiap wadah, serta metode pengujian yang mengikuti standar/Farmakope terkini," ucap BPOM.

BPOM juga akan terus memperbarui informasi terkait hasil pengawasan sirup obat dalam Kejadian Tidak Diinginkan Gagal Ginjal Akut Progresif Atipikal (KTD GGAPA).

"Informasi akan disampaikan secara bertahap dengan mengedepankan prinsip kehati-hatian dan didasarkan pada database registrasi produk di BPOM serta verifikasi hasil pengujian bahan baku dan produk sirup obat," demikian tulis pihak BPOM.
